My morning walks always teach something new to me daily.  The high-pixel mobile  camera search for interesting snaps to feed for my blog.

The insights that come in the mornings are always  noteworthy and they get the highest readership in my blog.

Social causes always dominate my blog and I find such articles are read by lot many.   When I analyzed  my blog data of what's the highest read articles after tech, book reviews, and celebrity posts,  it is on social causes.  Two of the earlier posts which got highest readership are as under:

Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan - India's Cleanliness Drive (Click here to read)

Wastage of Electricity (Click here to read)

So statistics strengthened my conviction to write more on social causes thereby influence public opinion so that we can strike a balance with  environment - Flora and  Fauna.

Who don't want their living spaces surrounded by nature's beauty ?  We are worshippers of Nature's beauty which include plant and animal life.  You can add  the company of some plant life through gardens and domesticate certain animals like dog and cat.   But it should not be the case with birds.

This pity parrot (above)  which caught my attention,  is languishing in the cage of one of our resident's apartment.  That crazy soul who put that parrot in the cage is trying to draw raw pleasure by locking up in the cage.   He might have committed  this act mechanically like  planting   his choice sapling in his backyard.   His argument is agreeable if it is plant life.   But  it should not be the case with  animal life, especially  birds.  Birds  look more beautiful when they fly.  When you put them in the cage they can't even flutter their wings and  it is against Nature's Law.  The way we want freedom in our actions, likewise other species also want that prized freedom !

When I saw bird sellers during  one of my visits to Chandini Chowk  in Old Delhi a couple of years back, I was disturbed the way people stood up in lines to purchase birds so as to beautify their living places. It is totally ludicrous.

The concept of beauty is purely psychological.    The real worshipper of beauty is he who enjoys the beauty in the world without violating into their rights.  If you understand the scheme of Nature, including flora and fauna, you come to know that you can worship beauty in Nature by simply gazing and to hone this skill  needs a little contemplation. !
